Return & Exchange Policy

At The Suit Company, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy, subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for all products except:
- Promotional items
- Buy One, Get One (BOGO) offers
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The return or exchange request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns and exchanges are only available for orders delivered within the United States.
2. Refund Reasons
Refunds may be requested for the following reasons:
✔ Incorrect Size or Fit – The item does not fit as expected.
✔ Product Not as Described – The received item differs from the website description.
✔ Quality Concerns – The material or craftsmanship did not meet expectations.
✔ Received Defective or Damaged Item – The item arrived with defects or damage.
✔ Wrong Item Shipped – The incorrect product was sent.
✔ Change of Mind – The customer decided to return the product.
✔ Late Delivery – The order was delayed beyond the expected timeframe.
✔ Other – Any other reason not listed above.
3. Exchange Reasons
Exchanges may be requested for the following reasons:
✔ Incorrect Size or Fit – The item does not fit, and a different size is needed.
✔ Received Wrong Item – The delivered item is different from what was ordered.
✔ Prefer a Different Color or Style – The customer wants a different color or design.
✔ Quality Concerns – Requesting a Replacement – The craftsmanship or material did not meet expectations.
✔ Item Arrived Damaged or Defective – The item arrived damaged or with a defect and needs replacement.
✔ Gift Exchange – The item was received as a gift, and the recipient wants a different size, color, or style.
✔ Wrong Item Shipped – The incorrect product was sent.
✔ Product Not as Described – The received item does not match the product listing.
✔ Other – Any other reason not listed above.
❌ Items that are worn, altered, washed, or missing original tags and packaging are not eligible for exchange.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login to Your Account
- Visit our My Account page and log in.
- Navigate to the Orders section to find your order.
Step 2: Complete the Request Form
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose “Request Refund” or “Request Exchange” and select the items.
- Provide a reason for the return/exchange and attach images if applicable (e.g., defective or incorrect item received).
Step 3: Print Your Free Return Label
- Once approved, you will receive a free return shipping label to download and print.
Step 4: Ship Your Item
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier.
Step 5: Processing Your Request
- Returns: Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: A replacement item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned product.
5. Refund & Exchange Processing
✔ Return Method: By mail
✔ Return Label: Download and print (Free)
✔ Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply
✔ Refund Processing Time: Up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned item
✔ Tax Setting: Refunds and exchanges apply to the price exclusive of taxes
6. Important Notes
- Exchanges are processed based on item availability. If your requested item is out of stock, you may opt for store credit or an alternative product.
- If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid before shipping.
- If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
- We reserve the right to reject return or exchange requests for items that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
- Promotional and Buy One, Get One (BOGO) offers are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
